Steps to take in enrolling at St. Michael School.
Step # 1
Complete the new incoming student registration form. Click here for a copy of the registration form. The registration form should be returned to the school office.
Step # 2
A $100 registration fee must accompany the registration form in order to secure placement for your child(ren). Birth certificate, immunization form, and baptismal certificate (required for Catholics) must also be received with the registration form. Click here for a copy of the Medical\Immunization and Dental forms.
Step # 3
Upon receiving your tuition payment information in the mail, you will need to indicate the method of payment that works best for your family. Click here to view financing options that are available at St. Michael School.

Note
If you fax in the registration form, immunization form, and baptismal certificate, remember that registration is not complete until the $100 registration fee is paid.
Drop it off
You are always welcome to drop off your materials in the front office at St. Michael School.

During the summer office hours:
June & August
